These are so quick and easy! They make an impressive lunch or light meal severed with a salad. Roll out puff pastry in squares (about 15×15 cms) to make individual tarts, score about 2 cms around the edge like a picture frame and part bake in a hot oven (200 degrees C / 400 F) until it starts to puff. For the filling beaten egg (one egg is enough for 2-3 tarts) , add some cream / yoghurt, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, some mustard, spring onion, spinach and feta. You can vary the fillings mushrooms and blue cheese is great too so is asparagus and mozzarella. Put filling in the centre of the frames and put them back into the oven to cook.
