B & B salad

IMG_3866Beetroot & Broccolini salad. I made this to serve with my Cheat’s Fondue. I had a roasted beetroot in the fridge left over from my beetroot and goat’s cheese tart so I lightly steamed some Broccolini and then charred it on a griddle along with some red onion and made a dressing using some crushed garlic, olive oil, Dijon mustard and lime juice. Once I had assembled the salad and drizzled over some dressing I sprinkled over some lightly roasted sesame seeds.
